At Vinteez, every t-shirt and camp cup is made just for you once your order is placed. Because our products are custom printed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or changing your mind after purchase.
That said, we want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Eligible for replacement or refund

Not eligible for return or exchange
Because each order is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind.

Buyer’s remorse.

Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.

Minor print placement variations.
How to report an issue
Please email us within 30 days of delivery and include:

Your order number.

A brief description of the issue.

A clear photo of the damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted item.

If multiple items are affected, please include a photo showing all affected items together.
Lost or delivery issues
If your package appears lost or there is a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the situation and determine the best solution. For unsuccessful delivery situations, we may offer a reprint with an additional charge or a partial refund depending on the situation.
Our goal
We’re a small business, and your order matters to us. While we cannot accept standard returns on custom-printed items, we will always do our best to help when something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
