Shipping & Returns

Every Vinteez t-shirt is made just for you once your order is placed, which means we do not keep mass inventory or ship from a traditional warehouse. Because each item is printed on demand through our production partner, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

Please review sizing, product details, and shipping information carefully before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 

Our policy allows eligible damaged or manufacturing-error items to be replaced or refunded when reported within 10 days of delivery, and photos are required. In most cases, the defective item does not need to be returned.

Shipping times may vary depending on the product. Once your order is in production, it cannot usually be changed. Tracking information will be provided when available, and we recommend checking your shipping address carefully at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
